The 200 Taka commemorative banknote, issued on March 18, 2020, by the Bangladesh Bank, celebrates the 100th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Father of the Nation. The obverse features a portrait of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, with stylized ornaments. The reverse depicts a smiling portrait of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman alongside a riverbank scene with sailing boats and fishermen. The note is printed on 100% cotton paper using intaglio printing methods and includes advanced security features such as a windowed security thread with a holographic bank logo and the number 200, a watermark of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on a pixelated background, and an electrotype bank logo. The dimensions of the note are 147 x 63 mm.

There is a size difference between কক prefix with others. The কক prefix is slightly smaller than other prefixes.
Though the 200 Taka note is a commemorative Banknote, it is legal tender for any internal transaction.
