The obverse features portraits of Gaoshan and Manchu ethnic minority individuals in traditional attire, symbolizing unity and cultural diversity. The reverse shows the National Emblem of the People’s Republic of China at the center, surrounded by guilloché patterns, along with denomination printed in multiple languages: Chinese, Mongolian, Tibetan, Uyghur, and Zhuang.

Printed on cotton-based paper, the note measures 115 × 52 mm. It includes intaglio printing for tactile quality, but does not contain a watermark or security thread.
