The reverse features a stylized map of Azerbaijan and Europe alongside national carpet patterns—symbolizing Azerbaijan’s cultural identity and international outlook.
Crafted by Crane Currency and printed by Giesecke & Devrient in Germany, this blue-toned paper note (160 × 70 mm) incorporates advanced, multi-tier security: a windowed RollingStar® thread color-shifting from green to blue with a demetalized “AMB 200”, a SPARK™ Live holographic foil, a RollingStar LEAD holographic stripe, dual iridescent gold and blue ink bands—highlighting “200” and “AZN”—convex tactile features for the visually impaired, a coat-of-arms watermark with electrotype 200, and ultraviolet-reactive elements.
