The 20 Dollars 2007 banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji as part of the modern polymer series of Fijian currency.
The obverse features a portrait of Ratu Sir Lala Sukuna (1888–1958), a prominent Fijian chief, soldier, and statesman, celebrated for his significant contributions to Fiji’s political and social development.
The reverse depicts Fiji’s tropical environment, including native plants, marine life, and cultural motifs highlighting the country’s rich biodiversity and heritage.
The note is printed on polymer, incorporating a transparent window, watermark of Ratu Sukuna, and other modern security features.
