The 20 Piso 1970 banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) during the “Pilipino Series.”

The obverse displays a portrait of Manuel L. Quezon (1878–1944), the first President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines. Alongside his portrait are the national seal and the signatures of the issuing authorities.

The reverse features the façade of the Malacañang Palace, the official residence of the President of the Philippines, symbolizing political leadership and national governance.

This note is printed on paper with a watermark of Manuel L. Quezon for authenticity.
