Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched on the following Monday from Valencia, Spain.
Orders are shipped via Correos España or equivalent certified postal services and include a tracking number.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
Delivery times may vary depending on destination:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or local postal services.
Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
UNCNOTE is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Lost Shipments
All shipments include certified tracking.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will reimburse the full purchase value.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
