Uncnote – R&R Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Banknotes must remain uncirculated
- Must be in original protective packaging
- Must not show any signs of handling or damage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a product is unavailable or out of stock after purchase, a full refund will be issued.
